IS IT THE SHOES? updates the AJ1 ethos for Gen Z’ers by showing that the shoe can help them put their own stamp on fashion. This challenges stylists to make a new AJ1 colorway fit into, complement, and sometimes transform the personal style of a contestant who doesn’t wear sneakers.

The shoe matrix
Streetwear is in the matrix...so are we. The inspiration for this design came to mind while choosing to swallow the blue, or the red pill. Listening to Drake at the the kick back made me realize, I should buy some J’s. Life is chaotic but SNKR’s fill the void.

A 90’s inspired design concept that brought and little archival fun to the mix. The 90’s was when AJ1 hit the seen, so lets resurge for the culture.
